The Alba Dewatering team is a highly respected group of extremely well qualified and trained professionals. Together we have over 100 years’ collective experience in the field.
Our management team is a tight-knit, high-performance unit who work cohesively to create synergy across all services. Continuity is key, and we work hand-in-glove so that our clients are never without advice and updates on projects no matter who is in the office.
Our wealth of experience, flexible structure and ‘can-do’ approach ensure that we tackle projects large to small as well as offer bespoke solutions to match your exact needs.
Directors
Managing Director: 30 + years’ experience in the dewatering/drilling industry. Glyn has worked all over the world and managed many large projects. He is still very much hands on in all aspects of the business.
Technical Director: 30 + years in the dewatering and pump building industry. Mark’s expertise lies in designing pumps and pump installations from the ground up.
Management Team
Operations Manager: 30+ years in dewatering working throughout the Middle East and Europe and has a vast knowledge of all dewatering systems.
QEHS/Transport Manager: started as an operator and has an engineering background. Engineering BTEC/Transport Manager CPC/Appointed Person/Nebosh/Iosh/SMSTS
Workshop Manager: A time served, multi-skilled workshop manager. T.E.C and T.H.C qualified Engineering Apprenticeship and City and Guilds/Welding/Electrical.
Operators
Electricians: Skilled electricians in both commercial and domestic situations and trained as operators. 18th edition/Level 3 Inspection and testing/BS 7671 Wiring Standards/NVQ 3 Electrical Installation
Drilling Team: A lead driller and second man with a combined 30 years’ + experience in shell and auger drilling. Both are NVQ qualified and BDA certified.
Operators: All are trained from ground level to our highest standards with multiple skills, all CPCS trained and certified.
Excavator/telehandler/Banksman/confined spaces: All Alba Dewatering employees are First Aid Trained/ EUSR accredited in Cross Country Pipelines Health Safety and environment/SHEA Water/Utility Gas Upstream and Downstream.
